About Us

We are proud to be a family owned and operated business located in N. California. We ship out of our home garage and our 2 little ones often “help” us pack up orders.

I thought of our nail files when I was on maternity leave with my first back in 2014. Like most babies, he had razor sharp nails, and like most parents I was pretty terrified to use sharp clippers on his tiny fingers. I tried everything out there and simply could not find a good alternative to sharp clippers or scissors. A nail file seemed like an obvious choice but they are normally made of sandpaper which is not very effective on baby’s soft nails and it scratches baby’s skin during the process. I am proud to be able to offer our glass nail files as a safe and easy alternative for parents to make sure baby doesn't scratch themselves or others. It is a huge plus that we can make a difference by creating an effective product and one that can be used over and over again which reduces waste.

We manufacture our nail files in Prague from only the highest quality glass that has been made in that region for generations. (If you are familiar with Swarovski, he was from this region and learned about his high quality glass manufacturing process from his family’s business there). Although many copies are available that are cheaper (and manufactured in China,) it is really the high quality material we use that makes all the difference. Glass produced elsewhere can have unwanted materials like lead and simply don’t work as well or last as long.

4 years later I still love using our nail files on our oldest and now our second baby as well! We are thrilled to have added our super soft baby hair brush to our brand which is 100% manufactured in Germany. We hope you enjoy using these products on your family as much as we do!

Thank you for your support!
